Islam - Maintains the Identity of Women even after Marriage

I am shocked to see those who are calling for women empowerment & for liberty of women, while their culture and traditions mandates that while she get married, she looses her very little identity of father's name or family lineage & is called after her husband name i.e loosing her own dignity.

What more of a slavery would you want from them who call Islam as inherently patriarchal & reduce Muslim women to being oppressed and supressed.

Even if a woman is married to the Prophet in Islam, she would still keep her name (E.g Aisha binte Abu Bakr, Hafsa Binte Umar) and nothing in her name indicates that she was married to the Prophet.
